"Very clean and Exactly customer service and very nice and helpful staff "

"To access the property you have to drive through the parking lot of a boarded up hotel and when you enter the building you are slapped in the face with the smell of something reminiscent of a nursing home. The hotel is older but has been remodeled at some point. At first glance the room was acceptable. It wasn’t until later on I was in the bathroom and noticed beard shaving all over the faucet. The shelf in the shower had an outline of a bar of soap. The towels had worn and thin spots you could almost see through, one area almost the size of a salad plate. The desk chair and the chaise lounger I laid a towel and blanket on before I let anyone sit on them because they had questionable stains on them. To top the two night stay off, the morning we left, I looked across the parking lot at my car and there was a dent on the rear end of my vehicle that was about 18 inches long where I had been hit and run. "

"The room was very clean. The arrangement well laid out. The only complaint is where the plugs were. One side of the bed had a power strip the other did not. You usually find others in lamps but this was not the case even at the desk I had to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop. "

"The front desk is very courteous and aware, I felt safe as a lone traveler. The whole property is clean and well kept, the room I stayed in was as well. "

"Pool was a little small, and the room was a little cold, but nice for us and our toddler! Our AC in our room didn’t really work, so we had to go buy a fan. I would stay again if the AC worked better. "
