"Surprisingly very nice. The front check-in lady And the lady bar Attendant was sweet and pretty polite . The dinner table and service was cool. The valet guys were also friendly. I definitely have them on my list for not stay. Thanks"

"Parking is excellent. I do not use the hot tub. Staff is always, consistently helpful and gracious. This is where I stay when in the Bay Area. For more than 20 years. Conveniently located. Stay here, park here and rideshare into any of the cities - Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco."

"Staff are awesome. Check in was incredibly busy but the staff got everyone cared for quickly. The rooms are spacious if a little dated but value for money and a billion dollar view. "

"We only stayed a night but it was so pleasant! Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get in until very late but they have check in through the night so there were no worries about losing my reservation. The hotel was clean and had cute seasonal decor. The staff at both check in and check out the next morning were so nice! They even had cookies at check in. The front desk staff put us in the schedule for the shuttle to the airport in the morning and was helpful with figuring out time to leave by. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was nice and big. The heater worked great. I’m not sure what other reviewers are going on about, but the continental breakfast in the morning had a lovely variety of goodies, juices and coffee. The shuttle was nice and the driver was very nice. Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay! Thank you all! "
