“We made our anual trek to Lake Quachita for the local trail race. We’ve always stayed in one of these condos. We really liked the space and location of this one. Great back patio, and stairs down to water access. Hosts were easy to communicate with when the upstairs unit(not their place) had some issues. We would stay here again”

“My husband and I found tranquility and homey-ness with in the trees of Lake Ouachita. Our stay in the cabin/condo was totally delightful and lovely. We had truly the most gracious host Sami who communicated easily with us prior to our arrival…we were welcomed into the home with signs that our stay was warmly intentionally planned… there were delicious treats prepared by our host….a basket of all sorts of treats and items that made us feel greeted as royalty! The cabin itself was clean and……

“We had a great time with plenty of space for everyone and communication with Owner was really helpful when you need it. Great kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Location was exactly what we were looking for and the adjacent campsite around the bend was beautiful. The tennis court across the street was perfect for extra exercise between hikes. We stayed during spring break but would love to come back for summer and water sports.”

“Fantastic location for the activities we had planned during our visit to Arkansas. Pretty much our little private oasis. Not only a great view of the lake, but just a short walk for early morning fishing. We loved all the families of deer. The condo has a very welcoming deck with plenty of seating and a couple of fans to keep things a bit cooler. The beds were very comfortable, too. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful with dining ideas. Loved the area, location and friendly atmosphere.……

“The property is beautiful. Hidden away back in the woods all you hear is the sound of the creek running behind it. Property was very clean and well equiped. Check in/out was very easy. Driveway was a little tight for our 28ft trailer but we made it work”
