“good location, in a amazing heritage building. Apartment is also new and luxury. But there are something not good. There is no any cover for the toilet. It's quite emarassing. And the water boiler is not good. Just around 15 minutes of shower, all hot water is gone and need to wait a few hours. No way to turn off the light of fridge. And the sound isolate is not well.”

“We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Communication with staff before our arrival was great and there was always somebody available if we needed help or advice about planning trips while we were there.
The room was beautiful and the hotel is right in the heart of the old town so we were near restaurants and cafes. It was also very peaceful through the night.
Delicious breakfast in the small quiet courtyard was a perfect way to start day.”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“My daughter and I were very happy with the Palace Luxury Room. It was right in the middle of Split so we could walk everywhere. Was very clean and their driver picked us up at the airport and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly the room was very quiet. Lots going on outside but we slept very comfortably.
