The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Plus, the owners were very pro-active and communicative, both before and during our stay. All in all, a delightful visit!”

“Was a lovely place. Quiet ! Wish we could have stayed longer. One major deal that come up was the shower fixture is broken. Was only able to take one shower that was hot. We attempted to run the shower for 10 minutes with no hot water. Please tend to this issue before another client lets out the unit. One smaller issue was the small drip coffe maker doesn’t drip any longer. The water ran around the inner filter place piece which allowed hot water to be obtained. The valve on at the bottom no……

“Our stay was nice. The place is lovely and spacious for the two of us. It has everything we needed as far as bathrooms stocked, bedroom & kitchen furnished. Livingroom had books to read and TV to watch. Although the place looks outdated and need some TLC it is still very quiet, peacdful and enjoyable. I loved hearing the ocean waves and looking out the window. However, i could not get comfortable on the couch, it definitely needs to be replaced, those cushions are not comfy at all. And i was……

“We loved the location right on the beach, the space suited our needs but did have lots of signs of aging that don’t show in the listing, rusty fixtures, old appliances, rickety cabinets etc, but it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. Nice quiet and safe community.”

“This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before……

Pajaro Dunes proved to be a great location for day trips to Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel. The surf, sunsets and resident hummingbirds were a truly magical experience. We will definitely return!”

“From the large master, to the large table and couch, shorebirds 263 is the perfect getaway. There was a ton of seating, tennis racquets (courts nearby), full kitchen with silverware and everything needed to place your food in. Lots of games to play in cupboards! Shampoo and soap was included with towels. Super comfortable bed with mattress pad. Beautiful views! We went during a storm but we loved being inside and watching the weather and waves crash. First aid kit also included! Great walking……
