Unfortunately they resold the room we had booked and paid for - and were unable to move us to the correct room, as they were fully booked. However; they did offer us dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening, on them, which was gratefully received - and the food and wine was delicious! We only stayed for one night, but certainly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and attentive staff. We especially loved that they serve...

"An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!"
