The house is almost perfect. Except it lists two full refrigerators in the kitchen and one has been out of service for months. No notice ahead of time. No explanation. No apology. No service attempted. The laser tag room was out of service for 3 days. Last time we stayed here the theater room was out of service the entire week. The house itself is fantastic for a family reunion. It just needs a little more upkeep. Like a pest control service so that we don’t share the bathroom with ants and see roaches scurry every time we turn the lights on in the kitchen. It was almost a perfect vacation.

This property has so much to do that when we were forced inside due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole, everyone was still able to have fun with the many options this property has to offer.

We had a great time here! We've stayed at other properties in the same neighborhood and had multiple issues in the houses, so we were expecting this to be the same. To our amazement, just about everything was perfect! We had to call the management company a couple of times for minor things but they were SO responsive and fast. We'd love to stay here again!

Great stay
The house was just as pictured. The kids never wanted to leave the house. The only complaint I can come up with is that the house has absolutely no gear for babies. Meaning, no high chair, pack n play, crib, etc. When flying it's hard to bring those items with you. It would have been nice to have those items available to us. Other than that, we will definitely stay again if ever in the Orlando area.
