Simply the best

Hands down best FL rental we've had to date. House is large, clean, updated and close to everything imaginable. Truly felt like our home away from home. Beds were comfy, every room had a nice, newer flat screen TV, internet was solid supporting gaming and streaming. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Host was great, very accommodating and got us information well in advance of our trip. It would be extremely hard for us to choose any other rental in the Orlando area. Thanks again!

House is nicely decorated, in a good location, and fit our needs perfectly. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear. Beds were comfy and bedding nice. Pool and whirlpool were awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!

Lots of space to spread out for our family of 5 (our "kids" are all young adults in their early 20s). Everyone was pleased with their own private space, but the pool and spa provided a welcome place for us all to come together and play sgain!

Disney Vacation

We stayed for two nights and visited Magic Kingdom during our stay. We liked how close the house is to the park and it was great to relax in the pool after a long day of walking. The house is exactly as described and Michel quickly responded to messages leading up to the trip. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here when visiting Disney again.

Great vacation home

This vacation home was great. The location and proximity to the parks, stores, and food was a plus. 12 to 20 minute drives (depending on traffic). House had eveything we needed. Would recommend to sweep and mop throughly for all visiting families, especially if families have infants that are in the crawling stage like we did. Other than that, i would definitely stay again.

Disney Family Vacay

My Son, Daughter-in-Law and 5 Grandchildren enjoyed this home very much. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The BBQ grill that we paid for was forgotten, so we were not able to use it the one night that we wanted to grill, that was not a huge issue for us. We improvised. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and that was taken care of immediately. If we are back to n the area, we would most definitely stay here again

Great neighborhood - Great House

We have stayed multiple times in villas with our family over the years and have found it harder in recent years to find a house that is not surrounded by parties (Emerald Island) This villa was wonderfully peaceful and redecorated in a fun way that the kids loved. Not a gated community if that is important to you. Would certainly stay here again.

Very happy with the home

Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay. The home is as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We appreciated the owners for communicating well and the home was very organized. A smoke detector had a low battery and they had staff out to replace the smoke detector in less than an hour. Great place and would highly recommend.

Orlando vacation

House was nice & clean. Our only issue was there was 10 people for a week & they only gave us 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom (they were not all full roles) & 1 role of paper towels, there are stains on the furniture. Aside from that we would stay there again.

The home is in a great location, and the host was very responsive and available throughout our stay, which we appreciated. While the home was generally clean, it could benefit from a deeper cleaning—particularly the ceiling vents and fans, which had a noticeable amount of dust. At this price point, it would also be helpful to have starter toiletries or at least enough supplies to get through a weekend, as the only item provided in the bathrooms was nearly empty hand soap. Additionally, a few lightbulbs were out, so a quick maintenance check might be a good idea. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and with a few small updates, it could be even better.

Exactly as advertised

The house was in a great neighborhood. All the bedrooms and rooms in general were exactly as advertised. My kids loved the gaming room and the pool. It was a great place to be at after long walks in the universal theme parks. Cant complain about anything, they had the necessities needed to cook and stuff we might’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Disney With Friends

This house was great for what we needed! We were in town with friends for a trip to Disney and we had 2 couples with kids ranging from 4-18 years old. The pictures show a different living room set up but it was still fine for us, I think they may have replaced the couch that is shown. But the house Location was within 10-15 minutes from each park we went to, the younger kids were able to enjoy the pool a little bit on one of our shorter park days, and all the beds were very comfortable after full days of being on our feet! Communication was great as well, I had reached out the day before our stay to check on things because hurricane Milton had just gone through the area and I got a quick response letting me know all was well! Great spot for an Orlando vacation because it is a little tucked away from all the chaos. We would stay again!

Needs Some Work.

We rented this property for two weeks in August 2024, but were disappointed for several key reasons. First, the house is showing significant signs of wear and tear. Despite paying a $200 cleaning fee, the house was not clean upon arrival. The house desperately needs a deep clean. Pros: The property has a good-sized pool, ranging from 2.5ft to 5.5ft in depth, and a pool cleaner visited twice during our stay. The house features five large bedrooms and four full bathrooms, providing ample space for our group of four adults. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cups, and cookware. The air conditioning worked well throughout the house. The location is convenient. Cons: The pool itself showed noticeable grime and patchwork, needing resurfacing. The screen around the pool was ripped, allowing bugs and flies inside, and the pool chairs and loungers were grimy, requiring us to use beach towels to sit on them. The outdoor mats and tile floors throughout the house were dirty, turning our socks black. There was an old roof leak stain in the kitchen, and many walls had scuffed paint. The bedding was worn and rough, with a potato chip found between the sheets in one room, making us doubt if they had been changed. The patio door lock was a makeshift, homemade solution that didn’t feel secure. Overall, while the house has some positive aspects, poor maintenance, cleanliness, and misleading photos made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
