「Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...

「I was charged an additional 1000 dollars the day of the check in when I had no other option to book. The extra charge for additional guests when the place says it sleep up to 12 seems excessive. It almost doubled the price of the booking at the last minute. This could be expressed sooner so that people has options to go with another location. The home was beautiful and was what was described.」

「This apartment is great- located in a fun, active area with lots of food/restaurant choices. There's a good gym on the premises which was really appreciated as my husband and I work out regularly. The unit was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) and LOTS of coat hangers!! We had a bit of confusion with finding the lockbox for check in, but Chris was a very responsive host and we figured it out. We had beautiful weather so went out on the deck for coffee in the mornings. 」

「The apartment is recently renovated with on-street parking with opposite side street cleaning restrictions for 1.5 hours on Thursday (one side) and Friday (the other). Easy to find spots anytime during the day, but try to park by 4-ish because it's harder after peole get back from work. The apartment has a huge primary bedroom with a king bed, sofa and large TV. The second BR is small but enough space for a queen bed and storage. The sitting area has one couch and 3 barstools at the counter...

However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there tended to be someone loitering near the doorway each night. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was clean and adequate.」
