“The food at this property wasn't good at all, very limited options, the staff wasn't very friendly at all, I had to make a complaint at the front dest, there's a short girl working at the reception desk, who is very rude, I think she doesn't like her job at all, very negative personality. I definitely won't stay there again, also it's away from the city.”

“I would NOT recommend this property, particularly for families. On arrival, we were placed in accommodation located at the back of the complex, requiring a long walk along an unlit pathway with slippery tiles and cracked concrete. Visibility was extremely poor, and I had to use my phone torch. As a result, my child fell and was injured. We were moved three times, and each room had hygiene and maintenance issues, including: • Dirty floors that appeared not to have been cleaned • Mould in……

“A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money.”
