"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "This is a beautiful resort to have a great holiday with family. We had a great time over Christmas break. Food, spa, rooms, resort surroundings and pools are really good. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Special shout out to Escham who took very good care of us everytime we were in dining hall. Bar and lobby area is very good and spacious with live music every night whilst we were there. Highly recommend this beautiful resort for a memorable holiday."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. Buffet food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a different theme in the evening each day. There are also two other a la carte options (which we did not try). Super friendly, inclusive staff offering a full entertainment programme.All in all, a very solid choice."

"Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc."
