“Everything is alright about the Hotel. The stuff just needs to be more friendly and smile. Check out time is at 11am but was disturbed at 10:30am to check out. Overall if I wanted to stay at a Quiet place, I would go back to Crown. ”

“There was no toilet paper and only 1 bath towel for 2 guests. I called the Housekeeping 2x and it was like 90 minutes passed but my request did not arrived. I went to the Reception to follow up. My request came and was assisted by a Maintenance staff instead who was very helpful. Overall, my stay was okay. Thank you. ”
