"The staff went above and beyond to make sure my weekend stay was nothing short of amazing! "

"I enjoyed my first time here and decided to book again with them this year. I got in late the first night. Next morning I wanted to take a shower no hot water, freezing cold even after a half an hour running. Told the front desk He said they would call maintenance. So after the race I wanted to take a hot shower to sooth my muscle aches, thinking the water situation was fixed. NOPE I went back down to the main desk and told another person and she said the same thing about maintenance. Again nothing was fixed. I returned the keys today and told a different front desk person and all she could say, was anyone notified, I replied yes twice yesterday. And all I got was sorry about that. They lost me as a repeated customer. Very disappointed I’m sure they wouldn’t go without a warm shower.!"

"This was a nice hotel but some staff made us feel uncomfortable and the rooms had flaws (dirt). I expected better for the money however, I met someone who stayed at Travelodge and their hotel flooded. So, I'd recommend this hotel. "

"Room had no fridge but didn't mention that anywhere and all the ice machines were out of order during my stay. Very frustrating. Bathroom was a little dated and there was a covering over the bathtub that would bend in and make a popping sound when stepped on in certain areas. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff was the best part of my stay. Ac worked great and the restaurants connected to the hotel (while the doors actually connecting them to the lobby were locked) had great food and friendly staff as well. "

"The room I stayed in was in good condition with clean blankets and towels, and a decent temperature that tended to be on the cold side. The worst thing was the women's bathroom had one of the two showers broken the whole time I was there and one of the two toilets on the floor out of order. There were 10 women in my room and at least 6 other rooms, all fully booked, so we had to share one toilet and one shower. Other than that, the facilities were OK. The kitchen was nice and there was storage for food on the shelves, fridge, and freezer. There was counter space, multiple sinks, and dishes. There was free tea/hot water and coffee, and sometimes a hot chocolate bar (I think they have that once a week). There used to be a free breakfast, but this has been discontinued as of 2026. The common areas had books and games free to use. WiFi was good and there was usually good data. There were plenty of plugs and places to work. A lot of travelers were remote-working, although I did not."

"Absolutely not satisfied with my stay within one hour of being there and paying for Valet my truck was damaged in the process of them parking it and they are not trying to take any accountability for it. I walked down and the valet attendant that had parked my car apparently had left for the night… real convenient. And our claiming no responsibility to the damage would highly recommend finding a different hotel. "

"The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work. "
