「Nice small cosy room that was toasty warm. Only marked it down as the milk in the little pots was just a solid mass of gloop so could not make a drink. A note on the wall advised that milk was available downstairs in the bar, which is no good if you make a first brew after the place is closed. 」

「Lovely location with beautiful views and a short drive to wonderful beaches. Food in the bar and restaurant was very underwhelming - basic bar/pub food on a par with a chain pub. Very clean thoughout, cosy bar and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Staff - almost all lovely and helpful although some of the younger waiting staff in the restaurant were pretty miserable and going through the motions at best. Overall a lovely place to stay and the beautiful Gower.」

「The house was situated in the medieval village just down from the castle. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The hosts were gracious, helpful and very accommodating.」

「Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. 」

「Check in was fine. Pleasant friendly staff. Had to move rooms 3 times due to various issues. Very small bed. Poor lighting. No hot water in shower. Disappointing for a newly refurbished hotel」

「Central location, lots is amenities around. staff lovely & helpful & friendly. Accommodation immaculate, very clean. Everything you would want. Breakfast was gorgeous lots of options. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay. We’re back on the 4th May, looking forward to returning. 」
