“Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter……

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……
