Great stay

Loved staying here. Great location and easy to move from beach to pool and to the condo. Sand toys, chairs and umbrellas were great for use. Beds were comfortable.

We loved that there were plenty of towels, the location to the beach and pool, and the convenience of not having to climb stairs. When we arrived the place was very clean, not even a grain of sand on the floor, we will be booking again for our next beach vacation.

Great location! We enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach daily. There was plenty of room for us. The area is quite even though there are many units a above and beside us. Close proximity to restaurants and really everything you need. We are Floridians but love coming to Pensacola regularly and are never disappointed.

Perfect for family!

This 1st floor unit was perfect for our family with young kids! Being right at the pool entrance and boardwalk to the beach was very convenient! The kids could play in the grass area and not be confined to a balcony! Layout of unit was great and had everything we needed! We will for sure rent again!

Great location

Sisters at the beach ❤️

Be sure to check out the Blue Angels schedule. We were able to go to Ft. Pickens 2x to watch them practice. Very impressive!!

Good stay, but we found chip crumbs in the pullout bed sheets. We cleaned that up, but we tried to get additional sheets to cover up the dirty bed. We were told no extra linens are provided. The least the management can do is give us an extra sheet.

Great Experience At Regency Towers

Nice, but not clean

The location is good, but I don’t like that there is no one to address issues. We had to go through AI who determined if we received local attention, but never spoke to a live human who worked there regarding a cleanliness issue.

Best location Beautiful spacious condo!

This place was exactly as described! It is the perfect location to the beach steps away and from crowded areas plus plenty of room to spread out on the beach and in the condo. The condo is convenient to restaurants short drive away and the drive towards Navarre is also beautiful. The condo is bigger than pictures look for living room and we loved how the bedrooms were separated in a long hallway. The condo is decorated very nicely and furniture is comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were very nice and we absolutely loved the owners made sure to have a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for those that travel by plane. Well done!! Will return here if we come back to the area! Thx!

Perfect!!!

Condo was very clean upon arrival. I've had bad experiences with cleanliness in the past from other rental companies. This is our second time to go through Vacasa and again, we were impressed with how clean the condo was. Ample supply of linens. Beds were comfy. Living room furniture was beautiful and comfortable as well. Kitchen had anything you could need. Washer and dryer in unit worked well and was a huge plus for us. The beach chairs and sand toys provided were great! Our kiddos made good use of the sand toys. The location was perfect! Right next to the pool on the ground floor. This was helpful again with kids. Short walk to beach made it easy to go back and forth to the condo when needed. The condo itself is spacious and we had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely rent this unit again! No complaints whatsoever.
