“I was Upgrade to a Junior suite. I love the room and the facility like coffee machine. Everything is new and clean. Free fruits platter at room was so fresh and delicious. Location is good, I can go to nearby city center and mall within walking distance. Drinks at Bar is good. But Reception was not helpful when I ask for a USB plug as I don’t have suitable plug head charger. After check out, I leave my luggage in hotel and went out for lunch. When I return, I noticed the bag zip was opened. When……

“We love the pool and beach ”

“Hotel overbooked, give my room to others and changed my room to an old apartment, he just informed me and said no choice for me. And told me it is an upgrade, but I don’t think so. The apartment seems still has some person live there and no lock inside the house for the main door. Seems not safe. And I need to walk back to Casa Belle for breakfast. Breakfast is only some fruit, cheese, ham, bread and egg”

“Good location right across from Cruz del sur bus station. Rooms all face a very long lap pool and the ocean . Room seemed recently painted and fixed up. Bath room sink leaks water as u wash hands. Walls a bit thin. But overall a comfortable stay. Good buffet selection at breakfast. ”

“Beautiful historic property with abundant charm. Restaurant and bar are top notch. Staff very friendly and fluent in English. Very safe/secure amd well located near the Malecon, parks, and other destinations. ”
