“Our room was very clean and refreshed each day. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was adequate with a variety of fresh food choices. The facility in general is clean and comfortable, but in need of some maintenance and refurbishing. The outdoor eating area is sorely in need of a power washing. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for breakfast, some trying to open the emergency exit—which triggered a loud alarm. The real issue started after 7 a.m, when the emergency exit began functioning as a regular door. Guests continuously came in and out, causing the door to slam shut every 2–3 minutes. The loud banging made it impossible to rest. It was truly exhausting and disrupted our rest completely. Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the main reasons to stay at a nice hotel, and sadly, that didn’t happen here. All in all, this property is ok—but if you're assigned room 126, 128, or any room near the emergency exit, request a room change to avoid a similar experience. "
