「This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. 「This is a lovely property. It was very clean, quiet, and met all our needs. A quick drive to town for shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and highly recommend this stop. We took kayaks out on our own for a nice two hour trip, Capn Fishes Puffin tour provided another view of the seashore, we learned so much from the guide and did see quite a few puffin! We did not take advantage of the fire pit but it looked great.」

「Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience.」
