"I been staying at different Hilton locations and this resort is nice and kid friendly. However it was pretty dusty in the room, to the point me and my family kept sneezing. Pools are very well maintained. Also the pool staff weren’t all that nice and friendly. That was a big bummer since my kids had to experience a staff member roll her eyes at me while I asked common questions."

"Absolutely loved my stay! The grounds were beautiful, and the bathtub in the room was such a relaxing touch. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was also delicious! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay again."

"Only bad thing is you have to walk a lot to the lobby and is hard if you have a lot of things with you. You can get the bell boy to pick and drop you every time like we did but they added up some cost with the tip."

"We always choose this hotel when staying in Phoenix to watch the Diamondbacks play! Their breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Only problem is parking.. there is a lot that you can pay at that’s covered parking."
