“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is……

“Parking clean and nice staff”

“Clean and spacious flat. Quiet neighbourhood. 5 mins walk into the old city. Free parking at the building. Friendly staff (thanks Sara). Hallway a bit noisy if other guests arrive or leave and cleaning person in the morning. ”

“Although my stay was brief, I throughly enjoyed my visit. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It was delicious. Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca. ”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”

“Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!”

“Camera piccola ma confortevole, con un personale cortese e molto disponibile. L'hotel è situato in perfetto centro, distante 10 minuti dalla stazione a piedi. Vicinissimo ai monumenti più belli di Lucca, a bar ristoranti ecc. ”

“Was echt top! Fijne locatie op loopafstand van lucca centrum. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligplaatsen. Kamers waren netjes, prima douche en ook erg schoon. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed en gevarieerd. Echt een fijne week gehad, niets op aan te merken!”
