"Upgrade your front door locks. Mine was stuck. Couldnt get in the room. Called support thinking there was a technical reason why my code wasn't working. I could here the latch moving. Finally, I just body checked the door open. the lock system was all loose and didn't retract properly so I'm guessing I wasn't the first guest with this issue. Support said maintenance would show up the next morning at 9am to have a look. No one ever did appear. Otherwise, room was nice, clean and had everthing I needed for my stay. "

"Overall the property was fine. The biggest issue was that the key card for the door didn’t always work. I had to go back to the front desk to reset it and even then, there was a specific way to hold the key to open the door. When you get in late at night and all you want to do is get to sleep, it’s a bit frustrating to not get into the room due to a key issue. Other than that, the place is clean and decent. Only a 10 mins drive from the airport. "
