"Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't really moan about the place itself. The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. Mainly groups of Italian/dutch teenage girls screaming and getting drunk so I would say to the owner, please think about this and perhaps put these groups in an...

"This is a superb hotel which makes you feel that you are staying in a large private house in the countryside. Ana and Victor are brilliant hosts, very attentive but they have also created a very relaxed environment. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keep the property and gardens to a high standard. It is a great platform to visit the beaches and local restaurants. Would love to come back again. "Initially the room we had was right next to the elevator and made a dreadful noise. We asked and we're moved to a better room. Staff were mostly friendly. Facilities good, if a little dated and in need of a touch up and few repairs, Inc the on site Spa. Disappointed we couldn't get a time for a massage. "

"Lovely hotel for 4 nights stay in September, good location to explore Santa Ponsa and for travel to other towns. Great hotel, room with a balcony was lovely, quiet pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it! "
