“Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a……

“Pros: Safe neighborhood, off street parking, great view and deck, good price for 2 bedroom/2 bath, very responsive host. Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom. Great price for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, but lower quality property, in my opinion. Manage your……

“We had a great time at the Starfish suite. Clean, well-equipped, and great communication from the host. Steps to a gorgeous and not too crowded beach. We had a great couple of beach days. The building itself is not new and can definitely hear your neighbors, but everyone was kind and respectful. We had a great time.”

“Check-in was okay. The key keeper was sticking at first but loosened up as we used it.The location was good for us. We could walk everywhere we needed to go, but the hills could be challenging for some.Locking the front door is cumbersome.Music from other tenants is audible and is apparently used as a daily alarm, often before sunrise. The carpet throughout is matted and dirty and old.The decor, fixtures, furniture, furnishings and appliances are a mishmash. The interior reminded me of a camp……

“Cute & cozy little spot in a great location, perfect for a couple and a pup. The host was great, it was very comfy, & we had everything we needed to cook a couple quick meals. It’s a quick walk to the beach, weather didn’t cooperate for us, but had it been nicer we would have done some long beach walks. It’s very close to a couple restaurants & a market/liquor store. Would stay again.”

“Great view of the beach.”

“Amazing spot in an historic building in the middle of Plymouth. The location was great and the penthouse setup and furnishings were well done. Communication with the host was timely whenever I had a question, he was very responsive. The view from the terrace and patio was awesome, easy to take in while sitting at the patio table or in the hot tub. We were able to walk everywhere we needed during our stay, easy access to historic areas and the harbor which features plenty of dining and……

“Great location, close to everything. Place was very charming and clean. It had everything we needed! Bob was a wonderful host and our stay was flawless!”

“This condo was perfect for our three night stay in Plymouth for a wedding. The host was very helpful and responsive. Room was quiet, even though it was above a bustling Main Street. Beautifully appointed beds were comfortable. Truly a great stay! Definitely recommend!”
