The host wasn't responsive to calls or messages where we provided pictures of the rental's condition. 5 stars to Vrbos customer service who very quickly helped us find alternative housing when the host didn't respond. We received a (very) brief apology from the host the day after, which was the only contact we had with them nearly a day after reaching out for support. We'd definitely use Vrbo again given...
