“Property was not clean - dirty floors & countertops & sinks. I even sent pictures of the problems. They didn’t have enough linens or towels. I contacted the manager 3 times & was told they would send someone ASAP but no one ever came & addressed the issues! The location & size was good for our family bit everything else was terrible!! You shouldn’t have to clean a VRBO yourself when you arrive!! I have asked for monetary compensation for the poor condition of the apt. & very poor communication &……

“Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place.”

“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……

“Only 2 towels provided for 2 people for two nights. One was a face cloth and one a bath towel. Original room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to be sent to another room. Two thin pillows provided on the bed. Dishes were cracked and chipped and dirty. Room overall dirty and run down. And no network connections on last night. Plus it’s right off train tracks.”

“Our stay was for a girls’ night out. The condo is in an excellent location, in walking distance to the Temple Theater, restaurants, and bars. We heard very little street noise at night despite being downtown. I see other reviews mentioning unhoused people near the entrance but we didn’t encounter that. We loved our stay!”
