The property was great. Clean and comfortable, and very handy for beaches and restaurants. There's plenty of space and a lovely outdoor area to sit in and read. Close to shops too. Cala Sant Vincenc is a lovely town.Only slight problem was that the pool badly needed chlorinating when we arrived, it was a murky green colour - but we logged it and the pool guy came out the next morning at 10am and sorted it, then popped back a couple of days later to check. It was only out of action for a few hours - so while it would have been nice to jump straight in the evening we arrived, it was all good by the afternoon of the next day. It was good they resolved it as quickly as they did. Great customer service.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Beschreibung war etwas missverständlich – es handelt sich nur um eine Wohnung, und direkt darüber wohnen Nachbarn, die leider sehr laut waren. Trotz einer Beschwerde wurde es morgens für etwa eine halbe Stunde sehr laut und unruhig. Zudem roch es unangenehm, und eine der Toiletten war gar nicht benutzbar. Insgesamt schade, denn für den Preis hätten wir mehr Ruhe und Komfort erwartet.Unfortunately, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations. The description was a bit misleading – it is only one apartment, with neighbors living directly above who were unfortunately very noisy. Even after we complained, it was very loud and restless for about half an hour in the mornings. There was also an unpleasant smell, and one of the toilets could not be used at all. Overall, quite disappointing, as we expected more comfort and peace for the price.Lamentablemente, el alojamiento no cumplió del todo con nuestras expectativas. La descripción era un poco confusa: solo es un apartamento, y encima viven vecinos que fueron bastante ruidosos. A pesar de nuestra queja, por las mañanas hubo mucho ruido durante unos treinta minutos. Además, había un olor desagradable y uno de los baños no se podía usar. En general, fue una pena, ya que por el precio esperábamos más tranquilidad y comodidad.

Séjour très agréable mais loin de la ville de POLLENCA ce qui ne rend pas accessible les commerces.Calme et aucun vis-à-vis, donc bien.Les aménagements intérieurs sont tout de même ancien et mériteraient un rafraichissement, portes qui ne tiennent pas, 3 fenêtres qui ne ferment pas.La piscine n'est pas chauffé donc attention à la saison cas très peu ensoleillée ce qui rend inutilisable la baignade.Pas de ventilation dommage car pas mal d'humidité sur les canapés.Une des 2 douches est difficilement utilisable car l'eau est à peine tiède et peu de débit, avec une porte qui n' a pas de verrou.L'investissement n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps, dommage, ça sent la "rentabilité"....Sinon c'est fonctionnel si l'on s'arrête à cela.

I stayed with my Family here and I can assure that it was everything we expected. Very spacious, beautiful surroundings, and very peaceful and reserved. A very good advantage is the possibility to park the car inside the house which guarantees a spot every time, especially since parking spots are so rare on this island :)I would also recommend people to take some preventative measures against mosquitoes. I have never seen so many. Overall, I would recommend this place 100%. For families this is the perfect vacation spot. Thanks for having us.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist optimal, denn das Meer und der Strand ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Pool war ein großes Highlight für uns!! Das zu öffnende Tor war optimal, so konnte man mit dem Auto hineinfahren und hatte somit eine Plage ein Parkplatz zu finden. Sehr schön war auch ein kleines Starterpaket mit Spülmaschinentabs und verschieden benötigte Utensilien. Auch mit der Klimaanlage war herrlich. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass aus einem Bad eine in unangenehmer Geruch kam. Was aber auch nicht schlimm war, da ein zweites Bad vorhanden war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Große Küche, schöne Lage, großer Garten Beide Abflüsse in der Küche waren undicht.Keine Reinigung obwohl wir es bestellt haben.Beim Ankunft waren alle Eingänge gesperrt (Eingangstor und Schiebetor) und die Schlusselbox befand sich im geschlossenen Garten beim Eingangstür.Tischtennistisch ist komplett hin.

Super Zeit in schöner Villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Pins sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar. Eins der Bäder war etwas ungemütlich. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, lieber direkt in den nächstgelegenen Lidl/Eroski zu fahren, da der Spar, der an der Unterkunft liegt, praktisch keine Auswahl hat und viel zu überteuert ist. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, trotzdem war die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Tischtennisplatte & Co super. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Finca ist wirklich schön gelegen, einige kleine Mängel in der Einrichtung, die jedoch landestypisch hingenommen werden können. Der Pool ist bei der Nähe zum Meer überflüssig.

Hübsches Haus in schöner Lage

Es liegt ruhig und doch dicht am Strand. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Nur das kleine Schlafzimmer hat leider keinen Schrank. Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und der Elektrik, die aber umgehend behoben wurden.

1 bedroom very small for 2 beds and also no air conditioning and no where to store clothes 1 bathroom very small sink and no shelves shower did not work very well ,overall I think the price of the villa was a little to expensive.

Nära hav och egen pool, affär och restauranger inom gångavstånd. Rymlig bostad. På minussidan- stinkande avlopp i ett av badrummen. Tråkigt också att inte basvaror som ex salt och peppar, samt städmedel varken fanns när vi kom eller fick lämnas till nästa gäst.
