「Nice home」

「The house was nice and in a quiet neighborhood, very convenient to town and the beach. We loved having the space and our own pool. Will definitely stay again. 」

「My 2nd stay here. Great property and host. Very responsive.」

「Nice place to stay」

「Great place and super clean!」

「We had a really enjoyable stay at this property! Ken went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The property is right on the beach perfect for relaxing walks, watching sunrises & sunsets, and listening to the waves. One of the biggest highlights is that the property is pet friendly which made traveling with our doggy so much easier and more enjoyable.」

「Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. The place is in need of some TLC, There is a window held on with duct tape and one of the bathroom doors didn't latch shut. The ad makes you feel...

「House was nice and location good. Pond area needed a good cleaning. Parking was a little tricky as the back is a rental but person there was very accommodating and we had no issues. Toilet was not working properly but we dealt with it as we were only there 2 days. I left a note for the owner to get it checked out. Overall it is a nice home and we enjoyed our stay.」

「This property looked exactly as listed. It’s in a beautiful area. It is very clean. Convenient to the beach. The host was very accommodating. There were no issues with communication. When we needed something, we received a quick response. We felt right at home. We will more than likely stay here again.」

「The location was perfect. Stores are nearby as well as access to the beach. It was a great option for older kids as well with the game room giving them their own space. 」

「this place came with everything and more! The kitchen had pots, pans, knives, plates, coffee, etc. All we needed to provide was the food! They also have plenty of towels, feminine hygiene products, and soap! 」

「House was clean and comfortable. Easy location to all attractions. We would stay here again. Owners clean the house and you can tell because it was meticulous. Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy. Our toddlers were so exhausted from the beach they fell asleep despite tv noise but worth noting to future families. There is a privacy screen we used that helped with light coming in. 」
