「This property was absolutely perfect for an enjoyable college visit to the University of Arkansas. The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. I recommend staying here!」

「The apartment was nice and everything was provided that we needed for the week. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint that we had was the train that rides right by the apartment woke us up several times. It didn't just ride by, it honked it's horn the whole time. So that was annoying, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.」

I chose this place for the price, the location, secure building, and the parking spot--It's on the edge of campus and lots of restaurants are within walking distance but I need to add that it is a bit noisy for a good night's sleep--bring a sound machine--that should help.」

「This is an amazing fun house. It’s old and reminds me of my grandmothers home. A lot of great memories. Everything works great, hot water, A/C etc. Overall a great home and property.」

「Our stay was great and it was perfect for my wife and I! It had many amenities, and it was a great value. We were thankful for the A/C unit, ceiling fan, comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, and shower! The host was very considerate and accommodating!
