「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend.」

「Managment of Royalton was great . very professional especially “ Gabriel “ and “Mervin “ they were always ready to provide world class customer service and going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taking care of . But unfortunately the front desk staff in Hideaway lobby wasn’t very helpful and available to address the issues. I called at 6:30 am to arrange for the bellboy to pick my my luggage at 7:00 am from my room for checking out and catching my shuttle to airport the front...
