Even when we had problems with the appliances he was out within half an hour of us calling. On arrival we were supplied with tea and coffee making facilities as well as a housekeeping pack and vanity kits. The bath robes and slippers were an added bonus and ideal for venturing outside to use the hot tub. The property itself was very modern and……

“Caravan was lovely and clean and if it hadn’t been for the inclement weather we would have spent time out on the deck. But we did use the bbq! Plenty of utensils and crockery. The beds were a little uncomfortable but probably nothing that mattress toppers wouldn’t fix. Very good hosts who answered queries very quickly. ”

The lodge is awesome and communication with Margaret the host is incredible, she responded to every email I sent asking questions about the area and generously offered us an extra night as we had to cancel our other stay due to ill health. The lodge has everything and is beautifully decorated with furnishings and even has netflix and wi-fi. “Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”
