"The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. My biggest disappointments were how much the hotel breakfast was……its not wort it. Also the fact that nobody serviced my room during my stay? If you are charging premium prices, you need to up your game. "

Shower water pressure was abysmal and took several minutes to run hot. Staff were unable to find enough pillows for 2 people to sleep in a double room. "
