「We loved this hotel, it was clean, it was large, staff was the most helpful and kind, and it was so comfortable. We were finally able to get some really good sleep on our trip. The only issue there is no nearby transportation. Florence has a bus shuttle that has stops closer to other hotels that we found about later from a member in our tour group to Cinque Terre. Also they are doing construction work in the road in the area, so the taxis have to go around, making it more expensive. Beautiful...

「Great location in the Piazza di Santa Croce. Nice view from living room. Very walkable to many things in Florence. We were met for Check in which went smooth. Well appointed room with most the amenities you need. Could use some glasses and paper towel in the kitchen. 2 Bathrooms were good and had a 3rd bonus toilet in hall. 「We stayed 2 nights and loved it! We have a 2 bedroom , 2 bath apartment and it was so spacious. We enjoyed the kind staff and the breakfast had a lot of choices. It was great」

"整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"
