“We stayed 4 nights at In Centro Palermo in June 2026. Location was great. Steps away from many of the local attractions. However, the pictures do not depict accurately the front entrance. It is a big wooden door, not glass windows. Once in,the entrance and stairs to the property once again arenot accurately depicted. It is quite dark and dingy. The property does have a lift/service elevator to help with suitcases, which was helpful. The staff was only intermittently available however you could……

“Posizione ottima a due passi da via maqueda e da vucciria, quindi pieno centro storico. La signora Agata e tutte le persone che ho incontrato nella struttura sono state gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. La camera tripla che da sulla strada è un po' rumorosa ma ci è stata data un'alternativa senza problemi. Pulizia perfetta. Colazione sia dolce che salata servita dal simpatico signor Francesco. “They had just opened the stunning natural pool and it was exceptional. Also we approved to a welcome cocktail that was perfect and a choice of 5 different meals we could purchase instead of going out which were delightful. All the people how greeted us were very professional treated us like world class travelers, carried our luggage to our room and made sure our grandson had some fruit since he arrived hungry.
