“Great location and having laundry on premise was very helpful. A quick walk from train station and you’re there. You will encounter a two section of stairs for canal crossing, but that’s Venice. My only complaint was some of the furniture looked a little worn and stained. But overall, it was a great property.”

“アパートの部屋貸しでまず入口が分からずかなりの時間探した！場所が分かっても中に入れず長い事いろいろ試している時にアパートの玄関から出る人がいて中に入れたが、中に入ってもエレベーターや部屋の仕組みが分からず苦労して辿り付くと、掃除をしているスタッフが1人 彼女が全く英語が話せないので、イタリア語に変換して話すもなかなか通じなくて朝食付きだったので、どこで食べられるのか聞くと下のカフェと言うので行ってみると、そこでは違うと言われお金を払って朝食を食べた。部屋はアパートなので洗濯機やキッチン、食器が揃っていて使い易かったが、鍵がなかなか閉まらず抜けずで大変だった。最後まで謎の多い体験だった！”

“The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and several things were not working properly, especially in the kitchen. The stove and microwave did not function, and the bathroom was in disappointing condition. The sink looked dirty, the faucets were peeling, and the drain was left open with what appeared to be a piece of gum stuck inside. Every time someone took a shower, a terrible odor came from the drain and made the entire room smell unpleasant. On a positive note, the beds and towels were……

“Nice apartment to stay in - two sleeping rooms, so it’s great for a family with kids. The Cannaregio area is very nice, and the apartment is in an overall a quiet area with a fantastic gelato place (Bacaro del Gelato) and lots of restaurants very close by. Not really much of a “romantic view”, but the owners are very nice and had great communication with us. Overall, we’ll definitely keep this one on the list for our next trip!”

“There is good and bad and unfortunately, the bad is REALLY BAD. First the good: This room is in a great location. It close to the water bus station and some great cafes and reaturants. The bad: The bathroom is small to the point that it's barely unable. The bathroom window wonyl close all the way so mosquitos can come into the room (in Venice, there are A LOT of mosquitoes because of the water). We were getting bit more in our room then when we were expiring Venice. There is fridge in the main……

“Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Venice—so calm and quiet but so convenient to everything—the hosts was very friendly and quick to respond with requests—having a washer AND a DRYER—so convenient for hot humid summer visits. Would return in a heartbeat!”
