「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」

「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient.
My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough.
I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」

「The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.」
