「I liked everything the staff is very personable and friendly. Roberto helped us get a taxi to take us back to the airport. The area is very nice and safe.」

「We had four people in the apartment and felt like the apartment would have been more suitable for two people. The kitchen wasn’t as equipped as we expected. The TV didn’t work. The pictures online did not reflect the apartment we had. We had to dispose of our own recycling and garbage. The shower doors were very hard to open and close and the door to the bathroom didn’t seem to work properly.」

「Perfect location. Rooms and bathroom were clean as were the common areas. A/C worked great. The couch could be replaced as my baby lifted the blanket covering the couch and you could see the stains. Otherwise great place to stay.」

「They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable」

「Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here. 1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left. 2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived. 3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever...

「The property itself is okay and is livable. We did notice left coffee mugs, unused soft drinks etc left on the tables in front of the property which is not a good thing. Internet never worked and there is no any physical/person contact number to reach out. The hot water appliance did not work. There is no power plugs to connect coffee maker/hot water appliance. There is no front desk or any physical contact number of the management to interact with. The software offered by Wonderful Italy is...

「While this was not the worst place we’ve ever stayed, it was far from the greatest. The thing that was really a let-down was the false advertising for this place. None - I mean NONE - of the photos in the listing were accurate. It looks like photos were taken and then run through AI to improve their visual appeal. Totally misleading. We specifically booked this place for the A/C. While it does have an A/C unit, it is only in the bedroom and only moderately cools the living area. Plus, the...
