「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. 「Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking」

Neighbor St Regis access is great for dinner at Toro and walking just to see( we have stayed there before and it is awesome as well) Make sure that you have unobstructed view to the room TV or ask for a change.we did.
