“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this……

“Tuvimos un fin de semana en familia muy agusto..la comida muy rica ,buen servicio y el lugar es muy lindo tiene un poco de todo pra disfrutar tu estancia..el cenote me encanta. ”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, luxurious rooms. Every area of the hotel is spotless, making it a truly relaxing place to unwind. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. The only downside was the lack of entertainment. While the peaceful atmosphere is great for relaxation, there weren’t many activities or evening events available, so the resort felt a bit too quiet at times. Adding more……

“Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.”
