"We adored Puerto Morellos. Fabulous beach and lots of great beach restaurants. Quiet town with lots of restaurants and live music. The property was cute and the staff very responsive and nice. Our only complaint was the sewer system which was emitting odour in our suite by the end of our stay. "

"Very nice, quiet place - better then expected. There was usually someone around cleaning the place to ask any questions and the owner was responsive on Whatsapp if we had any questions. No big hotels close. We walked on the beach from the unit."

"Check in process was a bit difficult because the codes to get in were difficult. However after getting used to it getting in and out was fine. Communication was prompt with host and buidling and unit were clean. Only thing I would say is that pool should be looked at more often throughout the day. The community was nice and felt very communal. I think the should focus on diversify the services that they have in the community versus asking tourist to do excursions or buy jewerly as turist would...
