"Our stay at the property was delightful, thanks to the well-maintained facilities and the friendly staff, who were always willing to lend a helping hand. The entertainment was top-notch, with the Michael Jackson show being a highlight. Pinky was a joy to watch. Catherine, our hotel concierge, and Emilio, our Expedia concierge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. However, we did encounter some issues, such as the limited access to restaurants for non-privileged guests, which meant we had to dine at the buffet more often than we would have liked. Furthermore, the night club seemed to cater primarily to Spanish-speaking guests, with a playlist that consisted only of Spanish music."
