"our toilet got broken and took them forever to come fix it . phone was not working at all so every time i needed something i had to take the bus to the office and back . and wi fi didnt work in room 90% of the stay"

"Loved the room how spacious our bedroom suite was but floors including the shower floor was dusty as soon as we get there. Housekeepers cleaned the floors only on day 4, even tho they came into the room everyday. We had elite package for our stay and staff never mentioned the extra amenities and we had to keep asking for it. Overall this was our first all inclusive resort in the Caribbean and didn’t really care for it, won’t be doing again."

"The rooms smell like humidity. The food was bad at the “seafood” restaurant. The buffet did not offer a variety of foods, only one kind of steak, chicken and pork. No shrimp or fish options. Everyday was the same food. For a tropical country there were no tropical fruits. No guava, mango or even avocado. Italian restaurant was okay."

"We had no water for 2 days and then the ac stopped working it was very humid to where u couldn’t even sleep then when we called somebody to come check it out they said they were sending somebody and never sent them and we called twice the reception kept hanging up the phone,the elevator smelled terrible the buffet food was awful and the pool looked like they didn’t even throw and chemicals in it over All if your a very clean and like atleast 4 star hotels then it’s definitely not for you I know I won’t go back there!0stars"

"Everything about this hotel is Amazing. From the food, to the activities, amenities, the wonderful staff, waiters, cooks & more. Our concierge & welcoming staff were so on point with greeting us from start to end of trip everyday making sure our needs were met and ensuring our stay was going well. The food could be a hit or miss sometimes but breakfast was always on point (always getting my omelette made on the spot). Getting a golf cart to the beach was easy, we never waited more than 5m. The waterpark access and access to the beach makes the resort even more appealing. Family oriented environment. Clean facilities and extremely helpful staff. Thank you to Nicki, Francelis, Michael and everyone that made this trip very memorable. We will be back for my birthday in October 2026 with more family so they can experience our great experience. Thank you to the entire Paradisus staff!"
