“The property was excellent. Our room was excellent. We drove for 10 hours to get to that stop of our trip and the gal that was in charge of the desk at 1:00 in the morning was rude as can be. We were exhausted and had called twice to make sure our room didn’t get cancelled on us and she was straight up rude and unpleasant to deal with. Everything else was great but the overnight gal was not and I hope others that have spent the time and money to get there don’t have to deal with her.”
