"Really enjoyed my stay here. First off, the property is top tier. Every nook and cranny is interesting (sometimes creepy) but very on theme and lovely to look at. The room had a nice size, big comfy bed, and lovely bathroom with all the amenities. Location is outstanding. Right in the middle of the town so you had easy access to all the coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. This includes the funicular up to Fansipan! And the hotel offers a fast pass service for guests (for a fee). The food? Insane! The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want AND they do change it up slightly after a few days. The highlight of this property for me was the pool and the gym. Prob the best pool I’ve ever swam in, in my life. Just so architecturally beautiful. And the service? Exceptional! Every single staff that I’ve encountered was nice and helpful. Overall really happy with my stay here and would consider going back (if only the trek up to the city didn’t take so long). "

"This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic "

"Excellent customer service. I severly injured my ankle on arrival and staff gave us ice and towels on arrival. Alisa was absolutely amazing, she gave me a crutch to use, got us a really nice driver for the day, and checked in on my ankle daily. The swimming pool was lovely too. Breakfast was great. So much variety. I cannot fault this hotel. All the staff and the ground workers are so friendly here."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Just that the location is not as suitable for old and weak people because there’s a slope to climb before reaching the hotel. Otherwise, it’s very good. "

"Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "

"Nice, spacious room with a small terrace. The hotel is located on a hill, so be prepared to climb stairs or walk uphill. The staff were friendly but had significant communication issues, spoke little English, and were not very knowledgeable about the hotel's services. They suggested a hike by chat, but when we arrived, they had no idea what we were talking about. We managed to reorganize for the following days, but it was difficult. "
