“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the very beginning. On the night of my arrival, I asked a question to the person at the front desk, and the response I received was unfriendly and quite rude, which created a poor first impression. When I entered my room, I was greeted by a strong smell of mold and dampness that made the stay uncomfortable. However, it was already late at night, and after a long trip, we had no choice but to stay and get some rest. We remained in that……

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“The night attendant who checked us in was exceptional and really set a great tone for the stay. However, a few things fell short for the price: breakfast was underwhelming, the room could use more wall outlets (ideally with USB and USB-C ports), and the bed felt more like a full than a queen.”
