“We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. “We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Quincy home! The house was large and fit everyone comfortably, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The kids loved swimming out on the lily pad, and we all enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets each evening. Being able to walk to the restaurant and ice cream shop was such a great bonus. Lindsay was so understanding, easy to reach, and helpful whenever we had questions. We are so thankful for the experience and would love to return! ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
