「The cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning was very slow to arrive, this was the case for everyone else too. Hotel currently having some refurb work taking place however this hotel looks like it need major cash investment into it. Room was clean bathroom looks like it still needs work to it.」

「酒店位置離利物浦火車站約10分鐘路程，可接受之範圍，另外距離海邊之景點步行過去亦十分方便！ 房間寬敞，廚房設備充足。唯一缺點是房間床褥比較軟身，不適合腰脊骨有問題之人士。」

「Staff was okay., property was clean and room was okay. Parking was dificult most of the parking was full and the parking bays had worn away with time meaning people without disabled badges was parking in them leaving us to park further away then was good for us that should be addressed, a room we booked had no window in it which it should have been said or declared before hand it had no window as one of us has severe claustrophobia and had to argue to be changed to rooms which probaly should...
