「I showed up at 830pm. There was no one at the front desk. Thankfully my driver knew their number and called them. They advised me if I had to check in before 4pm or advise them. They had sold my room and told me to go get a refund from Expedia. This hotel is not a hotel and should be taken off the platform. Shocking. Luckily my friend was at the Hampton and he let me stay in his room. On the road over 200 days a year and never experienced this ever. Do not book this hotel. 」
