"Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen"

"Really enjoyed our time at the tent. Location was lovely with the lake. Accommodation excellent, beds v comfy and our child loved the treehouse bed! Access to the playground after-hours was an unexpected and much appreciated bonus. We recommend wellies due to there being lots of bird poo surrounding the tent. Having the hot tub lit on arrival was brilliant, as was the complementary afternoon tea. Thank you. A warning about the masses of animal and bird poo surrounding the tent would have been...
