“It was a good basic room suitable for a night's stay.”

“The room was spacious, well furnished and good value. Everything was very clean. Nice peaceful location overnight, and good information was shared prior to check in. ”

“Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her. I asked her multiple times to forward me the original email since I didn’t receive it, she was unable to provide. The odd request was she asked me to email my concerns to her……
