"Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The location was close by all of the sites we wanted to see - Graceland, Beale Street, Memphis Zoo, National Civil Rights Museum - and more! The house had plenty of space for us to gather as a family and for us to spread out when we wanted to. We took advantage of the backyard and played bags and read on the porch. Karen was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was nice and clean but seemed like its time for fresh paint. Beds were very clean and comfortable and that rooftop view of the river and bridge we incredible but not much for the bar there!! nice location and not bad for the price."

"Great neighborhood! We walked to the zoo from the house. Easy check in and out. It was the best bathroom I've ever had at a VRBO. Didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in Memphis."

"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."

"The Magnolia House is an immaculate home in a lovely Memphis neighborhood. The property is quite large with very comfortable indoor and spaces. Elizabeth and Mike are excellent hosts and make staying at the Magnolia House easy. Thank you for providing a very nice place to stay during our time in Memphis."

"The property was beautiful! The house had great craftsmanship and was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for my wife, two kids, plus myself. We really enjoyed the space. The WiFi worked great; great WiFi it’s a must-have for modern times. The linens were clean, the house was clean. The place looked better in person compared to pictures. The yard is a great place to listen to the wind blow through the trees. The area was nice, easy access to anywhere in Memphis. The host (Steven) was amazing. I have to say he is the best host I’ve experienced on this app. He was communicative, the house had everything we needed. The level of detail put in, is top notch. "

"This was a great place for our group of 13. While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! "
