“OMG what is there NOT to like about this place. We loved the ease of transportation (bus stop right in front) for downtown #7. Dining options within walking distance. The place was perfect with the amenities of home. We had a 2b/2b with balcony. Loved sitting on balcony in the morning before starting our adventures and after a perfect day of sightseeing. “The property was great! We stayed Friday thru Monday, Labor Day weekend 2024. 2nd Ave is closed and under construction but they have the sidewalk area open for walking to where you need to go. The property staff is so nice and helpful for anything you need. The room was beautiful and clean! The bed, linens and pillows are extremely comfortable! The only complaint we had was the walls are not sound proof. At 3 & 4 am lots of loud girls partying and running down the hall. Heard a girl puking her……

“The apartment was a good size and nicely decorated and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Entry to the room/building was super easy and straight forward, and made our stay feel very safe. “Great little apartment.. Private and unique. Quiet but able to walk to lower broadway. Scooters avaialble right outside as well. Clean. Love the easy check in process.
