“Please provide a simple breakfast for such a high room price!”

“My husband and I recently brought our twins to Nashville to celebrate their 21st birthdays! The staff at this property are remarkably friendly, and helpful. They obviously focus on customer service. This is a “vacation club” unit that is rented out by the private owner, but you still have access to all the amenities. On check in, the concierge gave us a really helpful map and list of area groceries and restaurants….really nice! She did offer us money/parking voucher to go one morning to a sales……

“The property is very clean and the outside has been recently renovated and patios redone. There is a wasp nests forming on our patio and due to one of us having severe allergies, we weren't able to enjoy that part of the condo. The condo has been clearly freshly painted and is clean. However, the mattresses are HORRIBLE. All of ours had well worn dips and the one that was in the two double bed room that was further from the door has a DEEP dip that you could fall into rolling over on the bed.……

“The condo was very comfortable. The balcony was very nice, comfortable furniture, nice location. The only negative was that I had called twice to assure that we would be given a closer location to the main ,front desk , building. We were put towards the back of the area in building 17. We had some medical conditions that made it difficult. Our Ubers were kind enough to drive to building 17.”

“Lala was an absolute delight for our check in and check out process. She is amazing! We always enjoy our time at Wyndham properties. We had a long conference at the Gaylord Opryland all week. We were grateful to unwind every evening at the Wyndham!! Thank you!”

“The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation.”

“I think this place is the perfect location within walking distance to most places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. However the cleanliness of the units could be improved a lot. Bathroom/ shower had dirt and dust on the floor and previous occupants hair on the shower walls. ”
